Model 241CE DewPoint Monitor
Measurement of hydrocarbon dewpoints in process gases for custody transfer, specification monitoring and protection of turbine and reciprocating compressors.
The Model 241CE Monitor uses patented chilled-mirror technology. All monitoring and measuring of the dewpoint are performed automatically under the control of an on-board microprocessor. This unique device identifies and rejects water dewpoints as a result the Model 241CE never mistakes a water dewpoint for the hydrocarbon dewpoint.

Model 919 Hot/Wet Single Gas (no moving parts) Analyzer
The AMETEK Western Research® Model 919 has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of the most challenging process and emissions monitoring applications in a cost effective fashion. The Model 919 is a UV-based photometric analyzer capable of measuring any one of hundreds of UV absorbing compounds. The 919 is a complete system with a sample extraction and transport system designed to maintain sample integrity. Housing options for the analyzer unit include a cabinet or walk-in shelter built to client specifications.

Model 920 Hot/Wet Multi-Gas Analyzer
Stack emissions and process composition monitoring of hot/wet gases with integral sample system and oven for analysis of streams with dewpoints up to 350°F (180°C). Gases monitored include SO2, H2S, CS2, COS, NO2, NO, NOx, Cl2, NH3 and many others. The Model 920 can be configured to monitor PPMv to % range with extreme linearity.
The Model 920 Continuous Emission Monitor, or Process Monitor, designed and manufactured by AMETEK Canada, is a second generation process analyzer which has been specifically developed to measure stack gas emissions or process species. The analyzer draws an undiluted, extractive sample from the stack or process and analyzes for SO2, NOx, H2S, NH3, Cl, etc.. and if required, O2. By analyzing the plant waste gas or process gas, the analyzer develops output signals which are equivalent to the concentrations of the principal gases.
The simplicity of design provides for minimal maintenance, maximal reliability and maximal on-line performance. The simplicity of design provides for minimal maintenance, maximum reliability and maximum on-line performance.

Model 921 Single Gas Analyzer
The Model 921 SO2 or NOx, or NO2, or NO, or H2S analyzer, designed and manufactured by AMETEK Canada, is a no-moving parts variant of the 922 which fits into a standard 19” relay rack.

Model 922 Multi-Gas Analyzer
The Model 922 SO2/NO/NO2/NOx analyzer, designed and manufactured by AMETEK Canada, is a second generation analyzer which has been specifically developed to measure stack gas emissions. The unit analyzes for SO2/NO/NO2 and provides output signals for SO2, NO, and NO2. The NO and NO2 signals combined are shown as NOx. The analyzer develops output signals which are equivalent to the concentrations of the principal gases. The simplicity of design provides for minmal maintenance, maximum reliability and maximum on-line performance.

Model 933 H2S Analyzer
Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) measurement in sweet natural gas.
The new Model 933 H2S Analyzer from AMETEK has several distinct advantages over lead acetate tape technology. The Model 933 Analyzer offers a low-maintenance, highly reliable method for measuring H2S. It uses a proprietary frontal elution chromatography technique combined with a 900 Series high-resolution, multi-wave length UV optical bench. The result is a unique process analyzer capable of detecting low levels of H2S while operating unattended for six months of more.

Model 4000 Photometric Analyzer
The analyzer comprises a field unit, controller and a power supply unit as follows: The field unit is a single assembly of three rugged castings isolated from each other, containing a UV light source, sample cell, and split beam photometer. An optical filter is built into the photometer to provide span checks without using external standards.
Split-beam detector eliminates errors and maintenance needs due to lamp aging, particulate in the sample and dirt on windows.
Solid state detectors with no moving parts, and state-of-the-art microprocessor control reduces maintenance and improves reliability.
Analyzer controller continuously monitors system operation, and alarms for errors such as low light levels, loss of sample, incorrect temperature etc. No routine maintenance is required.

|
Model 4700 High Concentration H2S
The Model 4700 system is designed to monitor H2S at high levels via ultraviolet photometric techniques. This analyzer is commonly used to measure acid gas streams, sour gas, well head gas and flare gas.
