BSP- 901
The BSP-901 analyzer is a significant breakthrough in Moisture analysis and control. It is an accurate, dependable, easy to operate moisture sensing system that requires no adjustments of potentiometer or variable capacitors. The system consists of two basic components: The BSP-901 wall mounted console and one IR (Near Infrared) sensor.
RF Sensor
The RF Sensors employ a radio frequency (RF) power loss technique that operates at 2 Megahertz. The Sensor projects an RF field into the sample and measures the loss or change in RF dieletric constant as affected by moisture. Thus, the System response is a measure of the total water in the RF field, which is directly related to the moisture content of the material.
MCP-1
The single-channel MCP-1 Moisture Control Processor system is capable of on-line accuracies never before attainable. Now, low moisture materials such as coffee, sugar, salt, etc. can be monitored and controlled with the most accurate repeatable results ever obtained from a moisture control system.
