Model 4660 Low Concentration H2S

Measurement of H2S in hydrocarbon streams, 0-5 PPMv, 0-300 PPMv, 0-1000 PPMv ranges available. Additionally the Model 4661 can be used for measurement in refinery fuel gas streams.

FIELD UNIT
The field unit incorporates sample preparation, reagent preparation, high flow bypass loop and a photometer on a single plate for wall mounting indoors. Ammonium hydroxide is generated within the system by mixing commercial grade ammonia with water. Combination of this compound and the sample within a high efficiency reaction tower ensures 100% conversion to ammonium sulfide. Utilizing a short path length cell and high intensity vapor discharge lamp, the system provides a highly linear and accurate analysis of H2S concentration in full scale ranges as low as 0-5 PPMv. A built in optical filter allows for rapid calibration checks without the complexity and expense of handling calibration gases.
CONTROLLER
A state-of-the-art microprocessor controls the analyzer operation and computes output signals. Digital display of component composition is provided, together with analog signals for H2S concentration. Alarms are included for H2S concentration, as well as for loss of light. As typically quoted, the controller will be integrally mounted within the analyzer cabinet.
