Process Analyzers
Model 4700 High Concentration H2S
The Model 4700 system is designed to monitor H2S at high levels via ultraviolet photometric techniques. This analyzer is commonly used to measure acid gas streams, sour gas, well head gas and flare gas.
Analysis Section (Field Unit)
The Model 4700 analysis section operates in the Ultraviolet spectrum, at a region where all hydrocarbon fuels and water vapor are transparent, which eliminates interferences and offers improved accuracy. No complicated sample conditioning system is required, which allows for enhanced system reliability. The optical bench utilizes a split beam detector, which eliminates errors due to lamp aging, particulates in the sample, and dirt on the optical windows, etc., reducing maintenance costs. A built-in optical filter allows rapid calibration check independent of toxic calibration blends.
Control Unit
The intelligent analyzer controller continuously monitors system operation and alarms for errors such as loss of power, low light levels, etc. No routine maintenance is required. The controller is microprocessor based.
