Continuous Emissions Monitor

Model 921 Single Gas Analyzer for SO2, NO, NO2, NOx, O2, Cl2, NH3 and Others.

The Model 921 SO2 or NOx, or NO2, or NO, or H2S analyzer, designed and manufactured by AMETEK Canada, is a no-moving parts variant of the 922 which fits into a standard 19” relay rack.

Model 922 Multi-Gas Analyzer for SO2, NO, NO2, NOx and Others

The Model 922 SO2/NO/NO2/NOx analyzer, designed and manufactured by AMETEK Canada, is a second generation analyzer which has been specifically developed to measure stack gas emissions. The unit analyzes for SO2/NO/NO2 and provides output signals for SO2, NO, and NO2. The NO and NO2 signals combined are shown as NOx. The analyzer develops output signals which are equivalent to the concentrations of the principal gases. The simplicity of design provides for minimal maintenance, maximum reliability and maximum on-line performance.

Model 909 Hot/Wet Single Gas Mass Flow CEM

The AMETEK Western Research® Model 909 is a single gas version of our Model 910 Continuous Emissions Monitor. The analyzer is specifically configured for monitoring stack emissions on a mass rate basis. It measures stack effluent temperature and velocity in addition to pollutant concentrations at stack conditions, enabling mass emission rates to be reported. With the addition of an optional zirconium oxide sensor, the Model 909 is capable of monitoring oxygen.

Model 910 Hot/Wet Multi-Gas CEM with Mass Flow Measurement

Stack emissions monitoring of hot/wet gases with integral sample system and oven for analysis of streams with dewpoints up to 350°F (180°C). Gases monitored include SO2, H2S, CS2, COS, NO2, NO, NOx, Cl2, NH3 and many others. The Model 910 additionally, has flow measurement capability allowing the instrument to output mass emissions directly.

Model 914 Continuous Emissions Monitor for SO2, NOx, CO/CO2, O2 and Others.

The Continuous Emission Monitor (CEM) uses dry extractive sampling techniques designed to meet government regulations for all types of compliance monitoring The sample extraction system is designed for primary conditioning of the sample gas. Combining a temperature controlled conditioning unit and a heated sampling line ensures integrity of the sample gas. The sample gas is then dried (moisture removed) as required and introduced into the instruments. The CEM uses only instruments that have proven reliable over many years of use.

Model 919 Hot/Wet Single Gas Analyzer.

The AMETEK Western Research® Model 919 has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of the most challenging process and emissions monitoring applications in a cost effective fashion. The Model 919 is a UV-based photometric analyzer capable of measuring any one of hundreds of UVabsorbing compounds. The 919 is a complete system with a sample extraction and transport system designed to maintain sample integrity. Housing options for the analyzer unit include a cabinet or walk-in shelter built to client specifications.

Model 920 Hot/Wet Multi-Gas Analyzer for SO2, NO, NO2, NOx, O2, Cl2, NH3 and Others.

Stack emissions monitoring of hot/wet gases with integral sample system and oven for analysis of streams with dewpoints up to 350°F (180°C). Gases monitored include SO2, H2S, CS2, COS, NO2, NO, NOx, Cl2, NH3 and many others.

Model 4600 Gas Analyzer

Measurement of sulfur dioxide (SO 2 ) in stack gas not only helps process engineers to efficiently operate the plant, but is also mandated by various environmental protection agencies.

Model 4610 Photometric Analyzer System

The 4610 Analyzer System is designed for source monitoring of nitrogen oxides. With minor changes, it can also be used for analysis of much higher concentrations (up to 100%) of nitrogen oxides in gas streams typical in acid plants.
